Edwin, a key member of NUMA’s Professional Services Team, brings a unique blend of tech expertise and people skills. His journey into IT began unexpectedly during the pandemic when an internship at NUMA quickly sparked a passion for problem-solving in the dynamic world of MSPs.
Before his tech career, Edwin spent over a decade in customer service, so be boasts strong communication skills, empathy, and brings a genuine love for helping others. Now, he gets to put those skills to work as he breaks down complex tech issues for our clients and build lasting relationships. “I love being onsite and deescalating tough situations,” Edwin shares.
What makes NUMA special for Edwin is the supportive culture. “The people here are amazing, and the team feels like a family,” he says.
Outside of work, Edwin performs improv comedy, plays video games, and practices eskrima, a Filipino martial art he’s trained in since age 16. His philosophy? Pursue what makes you happy and build connections along the way. Whether solving tech issues or performing on stage, Edwin is all about positivity and impact.
