Keri Pinkard, Manager Project Management Office

Role & Responsibilities: My role is an IT Project Manager and includes execution of any client projects outside of normal day to day support or tasks that would make a large difference in the client environment. It is my responsibility to plan, organize, and oversee projects from start to finish. I make sure projects — like system upgrades, software installations, or new technology rollouts — are completed on time, within budget, and meet your business goals. I coordinate between technical teams and your organization to ensure everything runs smoothly and you get the results you expect. I make every attempt to provide information to clients in a way they can understand it.  I do not have a technical background so I can relate to a lot of clients on a different level than our talented and knowledgeable engineers. I establish trustworthy relationships with our clients to ensure they feel safe coming to me with questions and concerns.

Industry Experience: I have been in the IT MSP space for 7 years. I hold a Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certificate from the Project Management Institute.

What I Bring to the Professional Services Team: I feel that I help bridge the gap between our team and our clients, helping to translate technical concepts into a language everyone can understand. With my experience, I can anticipate possible roadblocks before they happen to prevent delays and negative outcomes. I strive to build positive relationships with our clients and to show them I am an advocate for their needs!

Outside of Work / Fun Facts? Family time is my biggest hobby, rather we are doing home projects, swimming in the pool, boating at the lake or river, taking some time in nature or enjoying some friendly competition bowling, we are always doing it together.

My Personal Quote: “Be humble. Be hungry. And always be the hardest worker in the room”. Dwayne Johnson

How I Help Clients & Their Benefits: I would like to think that upon the conclusion of a project with us, our clients gain a better understanding of the technical aspects of what their project entails and feel comfortable with the new solution.  I would also like to believe I have made a connection with them that makes them feel comfortable in reaching out to me with future questions and needs.
