NUMA Networks (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers a mobile messaging program (the “SMS Program”) that allows you to receive SMS/text messages on your mobile device, including updates, service alerts, Account Notification and Customer Care related to our products and services. Your participation in the SMS Program is voluntary and subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into and form part of our overall Terms of Use. By opting in to the SMS Program, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy (available at https://numanetworks.com/home-live/privacy-policy/), which includes details on how we handle your mobile information and SMS-related data sharing.

Program Description and Eligibility
The SMS Program provides recurring automated text messages about our services, updates, and account information. NUMA Networks uses SMS for Account Notification and Customer Care. This includes critical non-marketing updates such as service alerts, account status changes, payment reminders, security notifications, support responses, and account management interactions. No promotional, marketing, sales, or offer-related messages will be sent. Messages are recurring (typically 2-4 per month, frequency may vary). All messaging complies with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines. Participation is open to U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. Consent to receive messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. We do not charge for the SMS Program, but standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

SMS OPT In
You may opt in to the SMS Program by:

  • Providing your mobile number is express written consent using the keyword, text JOIN to 714-455-3900.
  • Verbally consenting during a phone call or in-person interaction, followed by a confirmation text requiring your reply (e.g., “YES”) to activate.

We will only send messages after obtaining your prior express written consent in compliance with the TCPA and other applicable laws. Upon opt-in, you will receive a confirmation message with opt-out instructions and links to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Message Frequency
You will receive up to 2-4 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your interactions or promotions. SMS OPT Out and Help
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent (except as needed to process your request). If you wish to rejoin, you can opt in again as described above.

Message and data rates may apply to all messages sent to or from you, depending on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details. Supported carriers include major U.S. providers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others, but we do not guarantee delivery on all carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Data Handling
Your mobile phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, and related data are collected and used solely for the SMS Program, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information for third-party marketing purposes. However, we may share your data (including your mobile number and consent status) with trusted service providers, such as SMS platform providers, phone carriers, and vendors, solely to facilitate message delivery and program management. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in the SMS Program after changes constitutes acceptance. If changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you via text message.

Disclaimers and Limitations
The SMS Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any errors, interruptions, or undelivered messages. Your use is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the SMS Program, as further detailed in the “Disclaimer of Warranties” and “Limitation on Liability” sections of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the SMS Program are subject to the arbitration and dispute resolution provisions in these Terms.
